For ages 8-12 year olds. Kidokinetics is a sports and fitness program that introduces children to over 20 different sports and activities, teaching them foundational skills with a new sport and fitness activity every class. Some of the sports included are basketball, football, tennis, golf, lacrosse, field hockey, soccer, volleyball, frisbee, track and field, obstacle courses and more! Our hands-on learning approach emphases the mind and body connection, and children will learn new anatomy/physiology facts in which we focus on their muscles, heart, and lungs as they relate to exercise.
